With over three decade in the beauty industry as a hair extension specialist, educator, and entrepreneur, Natalie has worked at the closest distance possible to transformation: the moment a client looks in the mirror and decides what they believe is possible for them. Over the years, she saw the same pattern repeat—people chasing products for shine and length while ignoring the foundation that determines everything: scalp health, stress load, buildup, barrier balance, and consistency of care.

Raiz & Rayo was born from that gap. Inspired by the spirit of Kampo and Ayurveda, Natalie created a modern ritual designed for real life—where hormones, inflammation, lifestyle stress, and product overload quietly change the scalp and the hair’s ability to thrive. The oils became the first expression of this philosophy: pre-wash elixirs crafted to prepare the scalp, support renewal, and turn care into ceremony.
