Returns & Exchanges

Our Promise

  • We want you to love every ritual you bring into your routine. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, and with all seals and safety caps intact.
  • For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, and limited-edition ritual kits are final sale.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Send an email to support@raizaandrayo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your approval or rejection for refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect on your statement.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a full refund instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Please include photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist quickly.
  • Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid label for domestic orders.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • To ensure safe return, please use the provided label or a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards and promotional samples
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads or ritual guides

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider.
  • If it’s still not reflected, contact us at support@raizaandrayo.com so we can assist.
