§ Shipping Policy

At Raiz & Rayo, we take care in preparing, packing, and delivering your order so each product arrives safely and beautifully. Please review our Shipping Policy for details on how we process and ship your ritual essentials.

§ 1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation

  • During launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may extend to 3 to 5 business days

  • Pre-order items will ship on or after the release date listed on the product page or at checkout

§ 2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories where carrier service is available.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If and when international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy and provide details at checkout.

§ 3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Available shipping options may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

  • Standard Ground: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch

  • Express: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates do not include processing time and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and seasonal volume may affect delivery times.

§ 4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any active offer will be displayed in your cart or at checkout.

§ 5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier first scans your package.

If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.

§ 6. Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error before your order has shipped, contact us as soon as possible at hello@raizandrayo.com, and we will do our best to assist.

§ 7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We may ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS or other compatible carriers. Some expedited or express shipping options may not be available for these destinations.

§ 8. Split Shipments

In some cases, we may ship items in multiple packages to help your order arrive more efficiently. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments initiated by us.

§ 9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed in transit, please allow a few additional business days, as many delayed shipments still arrive shortly afterward.

If your package is marked delivered but has not been received, please allow 48 hours and contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@raizandrayo.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item or items

We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

§ 10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or other delivery issue not caused by us, we may:

  • Reship the order at your expense, or

  • Issue a refund minus original shipping charges once the package has been returned to us in acceptable condition

§ 11. International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.

If we begin offering international delivery in the future, any duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges will be disclosed at checkout where applicable.

§ 12. Sustainability Commitment

We aim to use minimal and recyclable packaging whenever possible. We also make efforts to pack orders thoughtfully and reduce unnecessary shipping waste where we can.
