Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation

  • During launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may extend to 3 to 5 business days

  • Pre-order items will ship on or after the release date listed on the product page or at checkout

§ 2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories where carrier service is available.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If and when international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy and provide details at checkout.

§ 3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Available shipping options may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

  • Standard Ground: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch

§ 7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We may ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS or other compatible carriers. Some expedited or express shipping options may not be available for these destinations.

§ 8. Split Shipments

In some cases, we may ship items in multiple packages to help your order arrive more efficiently. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments initiated by us.

§ 9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed in transit, please allow a few additional business days, as many delayed shipments still arrive shortly afterward.

If your package is marked delivered but has not been received, please allow 48 hours and contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@raizandrayo.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item or items

We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

§ 10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or other delivery issue not caused by us, we may:

  • Reship the order at your expense, or

  • Issue a refund minus original shipping charges once the package has been returned to us in acceptable condition

§ 11. International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.

If we begin offering international delivery in the future, any duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges will be disclosed at checkout where applicable.

§ Returns and Refund Policy

At Raiz & Rayo, we stand behind the quality of our ritual-grade formulations. If your order does not meet expectations, we will do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.

§ 1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All seals must be intact

  • The return request must be submitted within the eligible return window

Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used items.

§ 2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Returned items must be packaged securely to help prevent damage in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
